Karville SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

SMS Messaging Program

Karville offers text messaging services to provide users with account verification codes, One-Time Passwords (OTP), two-factor authentication (2FA), account and service-related notifications, and customer support communications.

Participation in Karville’s SMS messaging program is optional.

1. SMS Consent

Before receiving SMS messages from Karville, users are provided with an opportunity to expressly opt in to SMS communications.

Users may opt in by providing their mobile phone number and selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox. The SMS consent checkbox is not selected by default.

By selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Karville at the mobile number you provide for the purposes described in these SMS Messaging Terms.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Karville’s products or services.

SMS consent is collected separately from acceptance of Karville’s Privacy Policy and general Terms & Conditions.

2. Types of Messages

Depending on your interaction with Karville, SMS messages may include:

• One-Time Passwords (OTP) and verification codes
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) messages
• Account-related notifications
• Service-related notifications and updates
• Customer support communications

Karville will only use your SMS consent for the types of communications for which you provided consent.

3. Message Frequency

For example, you may receive a text message when you request an account verification code, initiate two-factor authentication, request assistance, or when Karville sends a relevant account or service-related notification.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from Karville.
